Tonight, I will be talking briefly about calorie count and what you need to know about your daily calorie intake in order to maintain or lose weight. See the rule of thumb. Obviously, this is not set in stone but it is a close approximation. Also, remember to eat several small meals throughout the day. As an example, see my 5 meals for tomorrow.
