Triple Combo Drills – Part I

Now that the Double Combo Drills are wrapped up, tonight I begin the first of the “triple” series, consisting of three back-to-back supersets. The idea here is to push yourself much farther than you did in the “double” series, with the goal of burning even higher amounts of fats. Once you finish the three exercises, take a 60 sec break and repeat again 2 more times for maximum results. Here they are:

1. Reverse Upside Down Mountain Climbers
2. Hand Walk
3. Reverse Crab Walk
