Triple Combo Drills – Part 2

So I purchased this pretty neat new camcorder yesterday and this is my first shooting with this new model, works like a champ with very crisp graphics; still learning most of the features but so far it does the job. It will therefore introduce to you the new chapter of the Triple Combo Drills with the following three routines. Do these exercises back to back to back (ZERO rest in between. Then take a 30 sec break and go back at it 2 more times)

1. Lateral Leg Twists w/ Ball
2. Squat Hold w/ Ball
3. Plank on Ball
