Part 1 of Resistance Band Workout. Get a band you can manage (i.e. not too loose, not too tight). Check the weight equivalent and test it out before you buy it. Also make sure it comes with a door attachment handle (that attachment piece will be your best friend). Tonight’s exercises are focused on shoulder, chest and abs. LET’S GO!
