Resistance Band Workout – Part 2

Resistance Bands can be used either standalone or attached to a door or window. In today’s routine, I will be using the door attachment functionality of the resistance band to show you a few exercises that can benefit your chest and triceps. When you purchase a resistance band, always make sure it comes with a door attachment option. Open the door (or window), and slip the door attachment inside the opened door and close the door on it.

-Triceps Workout with Resistance Band (1 min)
-Triceps and Shoulder Workout with Resistance Band (1 min)
-Chest Exercise with Resistance Band (1 min)

Take a 30 second Break and Repeat again 9 more times for a total of 10 times
