Treadmill Workout | Triple Combo Drills – Part 8


Tonight’s routine is a bit tricky but also cuts the workout time significantly because you group three exercises into a single workout. Do each one for 15 seconds and move immediately to the next, with NO break. Repeat the circuit 5 more times and that is your aerobic workout for the day! By the way, if you don’t feel comfortable on the treadmill, just walk on the bare floor.
