Bootcamp Outdoor Workout – Part 2

Guys, I am still in Togo, Africa and the weather is still a beauty. So we will continue with the outdoor workout theme. Last time, I showed you how to do 10 burpees, sprint forward, laterally, backward, and back to square one, and rinse & repeat. Today, we will put a little twist on it. Instead of 10 burpees, and a full square, we break it up into 4 burpees at each angle of the square. Once you are back to square one, take a 30 second break (or for higher intensity impact, do not take any break), and then repeat the entire circuit again 6 more times for a total of seven times. Guys, again this workout is absolutely amazing and if you don’t try it, you won’t know what I’m talking about!

WORKOUT DETAILS
-Burpees (x4)
-Sprint Fwd – 4 Burpees
– Sprint Laterally – 4 Burpees
– Sprint Backward – 4 Burpees
– Sprint back to Square 1

Repeat 6X
