Tonight we be will be burning maximum calories by pushing our weight through this full body workout, bootcamp-style. It’s a Triple Combo Drill in the sense that it consists of three routines that you execute back to back in a seamless fashion within one set. In this particular case, they are as follows (1) Double Jump Squat + Bench Hop (2) Triceps Dips and (3) Backward Double Jump Squat. That makes a full set. At this point, you may take a 10 sec break and then repeat again 9 more times for a total of 10 times.
If you wish to increase the level of difficulty, then eliminate the breaks, and on top of it, do a “one leg/one arm triceps dip” routine, versus keeping both hands on the bench.
As the name implies, this full body workout will help strengthen not only your upper body, but also, your lower body and your core.
(1) Double Jump Squat + Bench Hop
(2) Triceps Dips (5 per leg)
(3) Backward Double Jump Squat
Take between zero and 10 sec break and repeat again 9 more times for a total of 10X
