Pushups and Triceps Routines

This routine focuses on your upper body (chest, shoulders, biceps and triceps). You will need a pair of dumbbells, and a backpack stuffed with books or anything that weighs a bit. The pushups will help you tone up your biceps and “define” your chest and shoulders, and the triceps dips with the added weight, will help you workout areas you are not used to (most people don’t workout their triceps, believe it or not.

If you are a beginner, you can do away with the dumbbells and backpack and execute the routines plainly. As you gain more strength and comfort with the routines, I strongly urge you to make it more challenging by bringing in the dumbbells and weighted backpack into the workout. By the way, if you can’t find a bench like the one in the video (for the elevated pushup routine, use a chair, but make sure someone holds it so it doesn’t flip over.

WORKOUT DETAILS
– Elevated Dumbbell Pushups with Mountain Climbers (35 Sec)
10 Sec Break
– Weighted Triceps Dips (35 Sec)
10 Sec Break

Repeat 9 more times for a total of 10 times
