Total Body Transformation Story – Guest Post by @FBWorkout

Total body transformation storyI decided that enough is enough (see my body transformation pictures below).

Seeing all those people with their rock hard abs and perfectly sculpted body, I always wished I could look like them. They always look so happy and full of life…I wanted to look and feel like them, but I said to myself that I was not going to eat and drink what they do, or so I thought….

Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes

I always wondered why they ate only certain things, only drink water, and restricted themselves from smoking, eating sweets, etc. I like my chocolates, and nothing cooled me down more than an ice cold beer on a hot summer day. I was not going to change that, until I was told that unless you change, you will look the way you look for the rest of your life.

So I decided to give it a try. I started my own full body workout website where I track my progress, share my training and eating methods. I took photos each week to show my progress and so far I am doing good. Don’t get me wrong, it looks easier than it is. The training is not so bad, but the eating is what gets me. No sugar, No salt, No sweets and worst of all, no beer.

You’ve Got What it Takes, But it Will Take Everything You’ve Got

I then realized that the people with the perfect bodies don’t just get them, they don’t just look like that. It takes hard word, dedication and motivation. Combining all these things, you soon come to know that it is all these things together what makes you motivated in life and has a direct positive effect on you and your loved ones. You feel great, you feel healthy and you look good.

The thing about any diet or training method is that they all work. When somebody says, “it did not work for me”, you will almost always discover that they did not follow it 100%. It’s like a strategy game, if you do not follow it 100%, you will never win.

It has been a good hard journey the last 3 months. I have 1 month left to complete my goal and I will work hard to reach it.

Go out there and find yourself an eating and training plan which works for you. Being healthy and looking good will be the best present you can give to yourself.
