If you’ve been following this blog, I’ve mentioned several times in the past that a partner workout routine is great if you have a hard time finding motivation to work out on your own, or if you just want to spice up your workout routines a tad bit. The great thing about partner workout is that it makes the workout go faster than if you did it solo. But it doesn’t take away the seriousness of the routines. Speaking of a partner workout routine, the following set is an excellent program you can do with a friend. It consists of 7 different exercises done in sequence, with no break in between them. Once you finish the set, take a 30 second break and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 times.

1. Push-up claps: also called high-five push-ups

2. Squat hold

3. Lying floor leg raises

4. High knees

5. High five oblique crunches

6. Thirty-second plank

7. Regular crunches
