High Intensity Interval Training Routines

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I favor high intensity interval training routines over any other workout programs. The reason is HIIT burns fat much longer and gets you in shape much quicker than most exercise programs out there.

The workout above is a 6-exercise routine that will take you but 15 minutes to complete but don’t let the short duration of the workout fool you. It will get your heart rate up to the max. Here are the routines

1) Jumping Jacks (45 sec)
2) Butt Kicks (45 sec)
3) High Knees with Extended Arms (45 sec)
4) Side to Side Jump Ropes (45 sec)
5) Jab, Uppercut, Leg Kicks (45 sec)
6) Mountain Climbers (45 sec)

As shown above, each routine will last 45 seconds, and you take no break until you finish the sixth exercise. Once you complete the sixth exercise (i.e. the mountain climbers), take a 30 second break and repeat the entire circuit again 2 more times, for a total of 3 times.

As mentioned above, this high intensity interval training exercise lasts 15 minutes in total, and ensures you burn maximum fat! So let’s get it!!
